set of strict guidelines to ensure your safety and provide you with the highest quality care. Adhering to these rules is
extremely important to us, and we want to share them with you so you know what to expect.

Here are some essential standards that every reputable tattoo studio should uphold:

Our studio maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
We do not tattoo anyone under 18 years of age.
A valid ID is required before we can proceed with your tattoo. We do not tattoo individuals who are under the influence of
drugs or alcohol.

Sterilization and Infection Control

We are committed to hygiene. Cleanliness and proper sterilization are crucial in this industry, and we consistently follow
the correct protocols.
Most supplies used during your tattoo are single-use and disposable. They are sterilized and brand new, used once for your
session, and then immediately discarded.
All inks are handled in a way that ensures they are single-use. When preparing for your tattoo, the artist will place a small
amount of ink into clean, new, and disposable plastic ink caps. These ink caps are never reused, eliminating contamination
risks from larger ink containers.
Reusable equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected after every appointment, ensuring it is 100% clean,
sterile, and safe for tattooing.

Although tattoo machines do not directly contact the skin, blood, or ink, they are wiped down with a potent surface
disinfectant after each use and cleaned before each tattoo session. Additionally, our artists always wear new, clean, and
sterile surgical gloves for your tattoo, using them only once before disposal.

We ensure that all surfaces are meticulously cleaned and disinfected with a powerful disinfectant between each appointment.
Our shop is kept in impeccable, ultra-clean condition, as you will notice and rightly expect from a tattoo studio.

Age Requirements

We do not tattoo anyone who is under 18 years old.

Identification Requirements

To receive a tattoo at Mr. Freeze Tattoo Studio, you must present a valid, state-issued ID. This is a legal requirement. Your ID must
be current (not expired) and shown at the start of your appointment.

Acceptable forms of valid identification include:

State-issued driver’s license or identification card
Resident alien card
Passport
Military identification card

Deposit REquirements

To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required, of which $95 will be applied to your tattoo, while $5 will be allocated
for a processing fee if paid with cc or payment apps. Appointments are not confirmed till information and deposit payment is
received. Shop requires at least 24hr notice to cancel an appointment. No Call /No-show: It’s an automatic cancellation and
You forfeit your deposit. Each appointment can be rescheduled once. You forfeit your deposit after that. Design changes: We
allow minor changes to be made on the day of the appointment, but major changes may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
If you decide not to get tattooed, or if you request excessive or last-minute design changes you forfeiture your deposit. Deposit
transfer: We allow deposits to be transferred to another person. 48-hour notice is required.

Drugs and Alcohol

It is illegal to tattoo anyone suspected of being under the influence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who
appears to be impaired.
